A lot happens in our lives. Sometimes we leave out some of the important details. Sometimes we forget unintentionally. The fact is there is always room to grow, nurture our potentials, build lasting relationships, try something new, feel young again, rediscovering yourself.

Time can take away many things but never our resolve to change. We have it in us to withstand even the hardest of times. It takes one step at a time, one day at a time. Lasting change doesn't happen overnight. It takes hard work and commitment on your part, along with an open mind, humility, perseverance, and, of course, patience.

Want only the things that matter in life. Beyond that it's only background noise. Be a rock for somebody in your life; be there for them, be their strength, be their anchor when waters are rough. The fundamentals in our lives never changes. I want you to see, realize, and accept that.

Lastly, know that you are never alone. Someone, somewhere out there have it worse than you. Learn to grow with the people around you and not just yourself. Being lonely is not an option with billions of people living in this world. Find a friend in the net from halfway around the world you can stay up and chat with during those 2-a.m.-in-the-morning-I-can't-sleep episodes. At least they can tell you how their day went even before yours began.

Be Happy, Live Happy, Feel Good about yourself. You are not that bad. Make yourself better. Don't set a standard you will constantly berate yourself for not following. Just do the best you can in all that you do. Who knows you may even surprise yourself one of these days. Until then, another side post posted.
